Breaking the circle of "i can't find time to meditate!"

If everyone who wanted to meditate but cannot find time to do it would be meditating, i think 80% of us would regularly meditate...
In fact, more than the lack of time, we have lost the initiative to take that moment, meditation is not something requiring a special place, a special outfit or doesn't have to last an hour. The real reason why we don't meditate is very similar to why we don't breath ( most of us don't breath regularly and skip the pranayama), it's a state of mind which drags us constantly outwards, during the day we are always stimulated to catch our attention (advertisements, smartphones ringing for each new post on facebook or insagram, shop windows...), and at the end we forget how to turn inward. The two main reasons of stress comes from the irregular breathing and getting further and further from ones self (more focalized outward then inward).
So if you really want to meditate, just cut-off with the external for a minute, five, or an hour, anywhere, close your eyes, neutralize the breathe, focus on the ajna-chakra and feel your heart-beats.... observe it for a while keeping your concentration on the third eye.... Slowly open your eyes, thank yourself for this self-care and go-on whith your day!
Namaste,
Meric
