​Since each person is unique, a customized personal training is the best way to benefit from yoga lessons. For thse tailored lessons, one may not necessarily choose a type of yoga, one may pick the most beneficial parts of the wwhole yoga spectrum.

It is also possible to book the monsoon yoga autonomy course which consists on a 40hours course which will teach you the bases of
*asanas and sequencing
*pranayama
*basic yoga anatomy
*basic yoga philosophy
*basic ayurvedic diet

The monsoon yoga autonomy course must be booked 2 weeks before starting the course. Schedualing the lessons is adaptable.
