Pregnancy yoga is especially adpted for helping the mother to have an easier delivery, to enjoy the experimence to connect with the child. It helps the mother understand the changing body and control it, which is essential during delivery.
Meditation is highly effective during this period.

!  Pregnants should avoid yoga for the first three months.
