Long office hours, in front of the screen starves extremities of blood, oxygen and other fluids causing sore muscles and stiff joints. Adding the bad posture for these long hours of sitting, we end up with headache, pain in the neck, shoulders, back, feet, eyes... The carpal tunnel syndrome, scoliosis and other painful cases can be decreased with yoga.
