Aerial Yoga

  Aerial Yoga is a hybrid practice of circus aerial acrobatics and yoga. The combination of the two gives a fun and effective practice. It can be used in a wide range of needs: therapeutic and gentle or very demanding question of aerobics, flexibility and strength. The practice is done with the help of a special fabric which is hanged from the ceiling and is used as a support. Some of the benefits of Aerial yoga are:

-decompression& alignment of the spine
-upper body strengthening
-core strengthening
improved balance
-increased spatial intelligence
-anti-aging and increased oxygen flow through inversşons
-lymphatic drainage,improved circulation.



! Not suitable for pregnants, high blood pressure, glaucoma & other eye problems, heart diseases, epilepsy, recent surgery.
